Insurance

We are currently accepting new patients.

Our office will file claims with those insurance companies with whom we have contracts. If we do not file your insurance, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to file yourself.

We do accept Tenncare and welcome new patients as well.  When you call for your appointment, please give us all your current Tenncare Insurance Information.

All copayments, deductibles, and fees for non-covered services are expected at the time of your visit.
